Allergins started from a plain observation: the homes that stay tidy are not cleaned harder, they are set up better. So we stock the ordinary things that shorten the weekly round — dusters that reach, racks that fold away, bins that close — and leave the miracle claims to somebody else.

What are the brushes and cloths made of?

Mostly nylon, silicone, microfibre and coated steel, depending on the tool. The material is listed on every product page alongside the measurements.

Will a wall fitting mark my paint or tiles?

Most of our hooks, rails and holders use an adhesive backing or a suction cup, and several offer screws as an alternative. Each listing says which surfaces it will hold on.

How do I look after the fabric items?

Wash bags, drawer dividers, mats and covers are washable. The care notes sit on the product page, so check them before the first cycle.

Will this fit a small bathroom or a rented flat?

A lot of what we stock is sized for tight spaces and fixes without drilling. Every listing carries the dimensions in inches and centimetres, so measure the gap first.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to every Canadian province and territory except Quebec, with no minimum spend. We do not ship outside Canada and there is no express option.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery takes 2-3 business days after that. The tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.

Can I return something?

Within 30 days of delivery, yes — for a manufacturing defect, transit damage or a wrong item. Transit damage needs reporting within 72 hours with photos. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

How do refunds work?

We pay the return shipping on approved returns. Once the item is back and inspected, the refund goes to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
